**Just need a file?** Download Excel, CSV or JSON from DigiParser. You can start with a reviewed export before connecting a live business system.

Three ways to connect

## Choose the simplest route
that does the job.

01

### A direct connection

Connect a supported app in your parser. Choose the source or destination and map its fields.

**A good start when**

The listed connection has the action you need. No separate automation platform is required for that route.

[See Google Sheets](/integrations/google-sheets)

02

### An automation platform

Use DigiParser with Zapier, Make or Pabbly Connect, then configure the receiving app's action.

**A good start when**

You need another business app or a sequence of steps supported by the platform.

[See the two-Zap route](/integrations/zapier)

03

### Your own application

Use the API, webhooks or a custom-code export. Your system handles its own lookups and record writes.

**A good start when**

You have an application owner and destination logic that needs a custom implementation.

[See webhook delivery](/integrations/webhooks)

Two document jobs. Two useful outputs.

Customer -> your teamOrder workflow

### Customer POs into an order tracker.

Use customer PO fields and line items to build or update rows in Google Sheets. Keep the reference beside each item.

Supplier -> your teamAP workflow

### Supplier invoices into mapped bills.

Use the QuickBooks Online connection to create a bill from reviewed invoice data, with the company and mappings you select.

The step that makes the data useful

## Your fields.
The right destination.

Connect the account, choose the receiving record or worksheet, and map each field. Check the result where your team will use it.

1. 01

    **Choose the right account**

Confirm the workbook, company or application your team uses.

2. 02

    **Map fields and item rows**

Keep document references, units and destination IDs clear.

3. 03

    **Set the review step**

For direct exports, assigned reviewers must approve the document before it is sent.

Before increasing volume

## Test the complete route.

A connected account is a start. A useful record in the next tool is the result.

1. 1

    ### Send a representative file

Use required fields, item rows and a layout you receive regularly.

2. 2

    ### Inspect the destination

Check references, dates, units, amounts and every required row.

3. 3

    ### Repeat and recover

Test the same file twice and agree who handles a failed handoff.

A few useful answers

## Before you connect.

[Integration documentation](/docs/guides/integrations/overview)

Do I need Zapier for every connection?+

No. DigiParser has direct connections for supported email, storage, spreadsheet and business tools. Use an automation platform when you need another app or a destination action that fits your workflow.

Can I start with a spreadsheet?+

Yes. Use a direct Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel connection, or download Excel and CSV files for a manual import. The direct Excel connection writes to a workbook stored in OneDrive. Map the fields and item rows your team needs.

Will exports wait for a document review?+

For direct exports, documents with assigned reviewers wait for required approvals. If no reviewer is assigned, exports can run after processing. Check the trigger and review behavior for your chosen connection before using it in production.

Can DigiParser create a QuickBooks bill?+

Yes. The direct QuickBooks Online connection supports mapped bills and other accounting record types. Select the company, bill type, accounting settings and required mappings. Test vendor, item and account references. Payment approval and PO matching remain in your accounting process.

Can I connect an ERP or an app that is not listed?+

A supported automation-platform action, API route or webhook receiver may fit. Confirm the document source, destination record, access, field mapping and failure handling with the system owner. An API or webhook is a route to build and test, not a ready-made connector for every ERP.

Can customer orders and supplier invoices use the same connections?+

They can use the same tools, but need separate parsers, fields and destination rules. A customer PO supports order entry or tracking. A supplier invoice supports AP or accounting entry. Keep customer and supplier records separate.

Keep your tools. Put document data to work.
